I took my daughter in for a well child check up. We were with the doctor no more than 5 minutes. I was billed for something different because the doctor was unaware of the well child check up. Because of this I have to pay out of pocket, the well child is 100% covered. They refuse to change the coding because it's fraudulent, but are not concerned with how they deceived me. Lost my business
