The manager "Rich" has zero resources and believes that there is no one higher in the business to speak to other than himself. He is useless and an inconsiderate person to speak to about upsetting issues. Just because there's a "new maintenance crew" certain things are changing! Paying over thousands of dollars to have my loved ones buried then and then being told that you're basically limited on what you can and cannot decorate is a huge disappointment, especially after doing the same decorations for many years for the hoildays Having multiple of my loved ones buried there, I have always been a satisfied person up until now! I have over five loved ones buried at this cemetery and I will never recommend or pay to have another one of my loved ones buried there! even rating this cemetery one star is degrading to that star!

I want to take a momet to rate this cemetary and the Team that manages the ground. I recently went with my grandma to put flowers on my grandfather's grave and the us army emblem came off as well as the vase holder was loose. I took the emblem in to the office and told them about both, they said they would get it fixed. A week later I got a call it was done. I went out today and took a look. It was perfect. They also leveled out the headstones for both my granfather and great grandparents. They went above and beyond.

Buried our little one at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Amazing empathetic staff, and incredible service from beginning to end. They are going through a real renewal, and many of the problems in the past are being resolved. Just visited and the new artwork, entrance and grounds at Queen of Heaven and St. Francis are really beautiful.

It has been a very horrible experience. When you lose a loved one you expect some type of empathy.. The lady that assisted us cared nothing about the family, other than getting paid commission and even using my father in-laws passing to up sale " if we really loved him we should spend more money.. Isn't he worth it??".. Unfortunately we had paid for everything several years prior my father in-law passed away November of 2016 & still no headstone so we go and visit my father-in law we can't put flowers. It is so sad to see that the people you have to do business with show no remorse for you or your family.. I hope that people think twice before giving your money to this type of business.. I rate them a zero, a waste of time and every single person that has had a bad experience with them I'm sorry for your loss & you deserve to be treated better!!

After years of having my parents buried there and decorating the SPOT I've paid thousands of dollars for, I've never encountered any issues doing so until now. I find it ironic how the decorations I have bought for them are purposely being thrown away by the employees that work there. Respectfully bringing it up to the mangers attention that works there was a waste of my time now knowing that he is an inconsiderate person to deal with and has no remorse for this current situation is truly upsetting. If I could remove my loved ones from this site I would do it without any hesitation! I've never thought the day would come where I would no longer be a person who speaks so highly of this cemetery site! This used to be my first place of recommendation, now it will be my first recommendation of where to NOT burry your loved one! I am extremely unsatisfied with not only the service I have received but as well as the response I was given by the manager. I would highly recommend training this manager on how to deal with situations like this because he is truly an unpleasant person to deal with! Rich you don't deserve one star... & I guarantee there is someone higher than you!!!!👎🏻
