I agree that some of the workers here unprofessional, disorganized at Forest Park. I had the same problem last year. I tried to register for spring semester, I needed help with the application over the phone, no answer, always went straight to voice mail. I tried again this year to register on the computers, I've ask one of the workers for help, just all attitude if you ask a question, then they're not patient. Now while checking to see what was going on with my FAFSA application, I ask one of the worker in the office for assistance, he was able to show me, their was some errors. It was some personal info that needed to be change. I didn't want him to see, some things suppose to be confidential, Like your personal information, the person in the office got an attitude with me as though I did something wong by telling him to look away. Their many other worker at that school that will try to see your info on the computer, like your social or your password, Always ask for them to look away, if you don't want them to see your identification.

I went in to see a counselor and the clerk didn't even look up to see me waiting. She was surfing the web and eating. When she did notice me she asked what I needed and she spit food on me when she was talking. She told me to fill out some form and had me wait. She yelled out my named and told me see a counselor. I found out later her name is Ms. Simpson. What a pity. I'm not sure I ever want to go back to that office again. If I do, I hope she is not there.

This place is outdated. The customer service should have real people to answer around the clock to help potential students who have questions. For example, I want to know if I can change my classes before the semester starts, which is August 21st. Its august 6th right now, so I don't see why I cannot. But the website won't let me make any changes and the college never answers calls, even on a weekday. The website needs updating and the website's navigation is not user friendly. The enrollment process was confusing. The college does not hardly show up on any career helping sites. It's as if this college does not exist. Everything needs updating in general. This college needs designers, programmers, a more available job service, and better student support.

Do Not register there, you will be yelled at and bullied by Admission/Enrollment/Advisors/Counselors/Assessment center women. They are the worst employees benefiting from a public service and not helping the students as they should be, the very racist and would talk good only to people who look like them, and they will be rude to other students. They do not help, they do not answer their phone and put you on hold for a very long time. Advisor is not willing to tell you the requirement and process, she just want to be sitting on Facebook and eating nuts!!! The other one did not have a respect at all. Danielle was yelling over the phone, Ms. Hills was sitting around and chewing gum while 8 students were waiting in the lobby to be seen!!! What the hell Forest Park CC?? Glenn Marshall what are you doing? YOu should start firing those lazy ass employees and find qualified academic and educated people to help students. If you do not know what you are doing you should quit your job and they should find someone else. The note will be going to Nicole Galloway very soon because this is a public institution.

This place is simply not ran with any sense of organization. If you call you wont talk to anyone because your getting sent to voicemail and then the people you talk to are rude and seem like theres a problem with helping you. If you plan on going here for school Goodluck to you.
