Taxes and fees in St. Paul are out of control, my property taxes in 2016 jumped over 24% plus near 400 in fees for extra projects. The only job of St. Paul city council members srems to be raising fees and taxes to line the pockets of their contractors, just go to one meeting and youll see how 99% their decisions are to tax and increase government influence. Im a democrate and even I dont agree with how liberal the city and cointies have become.

They have their procedures, policies, paperwork and blah blah but the staff for traffic tickets were really helpful with my unusual parking ticket problem... Doubt I'd get the same help in Hennepin.
