Went for a birthday celebration. I haven't been in here since they expanded. Used to be good. Slow service, food was just okay, and it wasn't clean. Floors were super sticky.Food: 2/5

My first visit to this establishment revealed a nice gem of a hibachi restaurant in the Bartlett area.  The quality of the service and food are noteworthy, as both are of a high level. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling through the area.

Excellent Hibachi chefs! Friendly, good with kids and made delicious food. Lost one star because the fountain drinks tasted... weird. Not awful, just off somehow. The location is great and the staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Well, the place was empty. We had great service and great food. My purple haze wasn't as good as other places but the food make out for it.Food: 5/5

I’m going give this place the benefit of the doubt. Because the food was delicious. Our service was good, but it could’ve been better. My biggest thing I felt like mentioning how ridiculous it is to charge 3 dollars to substitute vegetables for double rice. And how ridiculous it is to charge 3 dollars to cook the rice on the hibachi grill. I mean, that is the whole point of hibachi is it not to cook the food on the hibachi grill?! That’s like charging three dollars because someone had to roll my sushi roll. Just seems a little bit crazy to me. So it’s 6 dollars extra for seemingly nothing.And the 18% auto gratuity for a party of two is kind of crazy.But hell I wouldn’t of even minded that had they not charged me 6 dollars for doing double rice no vegetables. And for having it cooked on the hibachi grill with the rest of my food. That, just absolutely blew my mind.

Came in for some fried rice and egg rolls. Didn’t want to go Hibachi tonight.  It was good enough to make me come back for a fancier meal.  Friendly waitress.Food: 5/5

Family restaurant , never any rowdy guest etc....I have been coming here since 2004, sushi is always good , I've never had anything bad there , my only complaint is : in the last year something has changed with the purple haze sake and it taste like pure Chambord instead of mostly sake with a splash of Chambord. I go here at least once every couple weeks.. the crazy roll is the best imo

I stopped by Saito for the first time. While I was reviewing the menu another customer suggested I try the shrimp fried rice. She said it was delicious. So I bought a small container in addition to a noodle steak dish and tempura fried vegetables. Everything was delicious. Everything was seasoned well and made fresh to order. the steak in the noodle dish was so tender. The shrimp was excellent. So this restaurant definitely deserves 5 stars.

I know without a doubt this food is top notch hands down. Also the service is much appreciated. Warm and inviting here and these are the key  ingredients to a successful restaurant I want to dine in.Food: 5/5
