I had a hair appointment at 10am and I arrived on time. The stylist I had an appointment with was doing a sew in. I'm usually OK if I have to wait around 10  minutes for them to get to me and finish up their clients, but I waited a whole hour.  She didn't tell me what was going on, just had me sit there. When she finally started my hair, she didn't apologize for having me wait. I also felt like she was rushing, because she was running behind on her other clients. I got to the salon at 10am and left at 1 (for a style that would usually take only 45 minutes), because I was waiting around for so long. I like going to this salon, and the prices are very reasonable, but sometimes the lack of customer service, like in this incident made me feel otherwise. Other than that, I like my hair.

LOVE this Salon, they will do your hair some good! With the unique styles & Customer care that they give you. This shop is great :)
