Buyer beware, bought a brand new car from them, a few weeks later the alignment went out, took it to a different Dodge dealer to be checked out. Was told there was damage to the rear end and that it had been fixed wrong. After calling the sales manager, Don, he stated his dealership had not touched the car and stopped short of saying if there was damage and incorrect repairs I must have done it. Luckily they are not all that smart and had ordered the parts to incorrectly repair the damage against the cars warranty so there was a paper trail. Only after being caught in their lie did they agree to pay for everything to be repaired correctly. All car dealers and shady, these guys go way beyond that and are downright crooked.

Took our Jeep in for repair of front axle 6 months ago. It came back with a loud squeak. Since then it has been back a half dozen times typically with nothing done because parts had to be ordered or we would be told that it was fixed. Now when we call, we either get put on "permanent" hold, transferred to an unknown voice mail, or just hung up on. Currently, the car is sitting there because when we took it in 2 days ago, we were told it would be ready at 5:30 that day. When we checked back, we were told that they would not start on it for two days. They at least gave us a loaner, although it was dirty and smelled of tobacco. Too bad I can't give less than one star. Would avoid this dealership for any repair work.

Thank you so much for the follow up phone call on my 2008 Jeep Compass. I don’t mean to sound harsh, and I am truly sorry, but I had a very unpleasant experience with the service department in Camdenton. I brought my 2008 Jeep Compass in Tuesday afternoon (August 8) requesting an oil change and also a list of issues I wanted checked and a repair price quoted. My main concern was the warning lights intermittently coming on. I called three time Wednesday (August 9) to check on the status of my vehicle. The first two times I was transferred to the service department and no one ever picked up the phone. The third time I spoke with a young lady who verified my number and assured me someone would return my call. NO CALL. Thursday morning I called twice and someone did return the calls. I was immediately notified that my vehicle “was not worth repairing.” I was shocked and asked why. I was told the light problem was due to the fact that my transmission needed to be replaced. Replacement cost was $2715 plus 3 days of labor. I questioned what would make this happen and was told “it was just a Jeep thing on the Compass.” There were other prices quoted for a new fuel tank (back flushes when filling) and a hydraulic control unit. I asked if the vehicle was safe to drive back to Versailles and was told I would receive a call with an answer. NO CALL. Friday morning I called and notified the service department I would be by that afternoon to pick up the Jeep and I requested the amount of the charges I owed. I was told someone would call me back with that information. NO CALL. Friday afternoon I went to pick my Jeep up and had to wait almost 45 minutes, as my ticket and keys could not be located. I feel I did not receive bad service from Camdenton, it was no service. Saturday morning I went to Sakelaris in Versailles, and although I did not want to own a Ford, this Saturday I will be driving a 2017 Ford Escape. I took the Jeep in Monday (August 14) for a test drive/trade-in inspection and was told there was nothing wrong with the transmission. Best case scenario loose wires were affecting the lights, worst case scenario a sensor module would need to be replaced. I don’t know if the office in Versailles receives all the kudos they deserve but I would like you to know that I bought a new vehicle from them based on my experiences with their service department. They are always courteous, they return phone calls, and they have never made me feel I am being taken advantage of.. Now the only decision I have left to make, is whether or not I want to own one or two vehicles. I am a happy and satisfied customer with Versailles, I wish that I could say the same of Camdenton

I work at a car shop and see alot of Sakelaris stickers on newer cars and i see a fair amount of them come in so I can only assume they are doing something right.
