Good luck trying to speak with somebody with the slightest bit of appropriate and respectful customer service skills. First time I called I spoke with Robin, probably the most uncooperative and patronizing agent I've ever spoken on the phone with by making me feel like I was stupid for thinking they would actually have a dress "over three seasons old" because customer service had just told me the did. She proceeded to say "customer service doesn't know anything, they're some people in Ohio, and NO there is no way to find it or locate it anywhere else" "No, the dress is gone, that's it!" I've worked as a customer service rep and in hospitality, and I mean it when I say this woman is painful to talk to. Every other store will at least try to locate it somewhere else and apologize for the misinformation from customer service instead of bashing them. Due to her obvious lack of assistance and condescending comments, I had customer service try to call them this time with me on hold and now they have another agent by the name "Crystal" who now says that they actually have the dress and is ready to take my number down in case we get disconnected to make the purchase. After exchanging numbers I'm left waiting another 10 mins to never hear from her. Once I call "Crystal" she proceeds to tell me that she had only seen that the dress "appeared available on the system" but could not actually find it anywhere.... Ridiculous to be treated in such manner and waste so much time with them considering this is a high-end designer store, yet their customer service was literally the same as Walmart's.

I called the women's department about a specific pair of shoes I needed for work. Saw them online and thought I would see it they were in store first. I never write reviews about a store, but she was so incredibly rude and condescending that I would never consider shopping there.

I'm so thankful to meet Nana, a professional, helpful and nice clerk at perfumes department. She put all her efforts to make our store experience wonderful, even when we don't speak a proper English, she tried to communicate with us and her patience was incredible. I came back another day and I saw her with a beautiful smile and polite manners with another costumer. Nana didn't see me, but I perceived that she is an excellent example of professionalism and good behavior in this department. If you want to corroborate my opinion, go to buy something at this specific store and ask for Nana.

Today I went here with a friend. I was on the second floor looking at some racks and I noticed a woman who worked there began to keep an eye on us. I chose to ignore it so as I walked through the store I noticed she showed up again and it began to get on my nerve. Then all the way at the end of the second floor, on the complete opposite side of when she started following my friend and i, she appeared and just stared at us. I was at the Dior section where a young woman greeted us & asked if we need help I kindly declined her offer and she went to the backroom. The lady who was following us then went into the backroom to pull the woman out and she continued to stare at us as we were there looking. I then confronted her asking if she received commission for following us and she began to speak to me angrily telling me that the store is very big and people may have questions. I then told her that I could ask the young lady that was at Dior to help and not her. She repeated what she had previously said even more angrily and I just decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I should have reported her bothering us and assuming my friend and I were thieves.
