Customer service and resolution focused team! You know the old adage that you can judge a company by how they respond when thing don't go well? That is Michelle, one of the managers at this Off Saks location. She helped correct issued that originated from another store and resolved all of my concerns. She exceeded my expectations with how polite, kind, and quickly she resolved my issue. Plus, the resolution was more than fair and more than I had in mind so it actually turned a stressful and negative situation into an amazingly positive one. If you are looking to be treated like an appreciated customer who is valued and respected, you should come into the store and let the wonderful staff take care of you. The way it used to be in terms of retail!!

Checkout is a nightmare!! Here on January 12th, waited on line for 1/2 hour while totally experienced checkout help did not know what they  were doing.  Terrible!!!!

Cement overpriced. And great Fashions but even there discounts since they don't have coupons make it pretty expensive

It was a ridiculously long drive to get there. Once I did get there, it was the only store worth going to. The outlets are pretty lame. One good aspect is that I'll be saving a lot of money!! I used to shop at Off Fifth every week. Not anymore. If I have a burning desire to go to Off Fifth, I'll just go all the way to Chandler and have a larger store with more nice outlets available. This Off Fifth is not worth the drive.
