Great selection of clothing and accessories, very nice looking store overall. Customer service is terrible. I walked into the store this evening (9/25/2017) and after looking around for about 20 min, selected several shirts to try on. I went to the front counter and could not find a sales associate. I waited near the registers for about 5 min and still no one. I then walked through the store and there was no sales associates anywhere. When I walked back up to the registers several other customers had walked out and I then called the store number to inquire why there were no sales associates yet the store was open?! Someone named Barb answered the phone and stated that there were 3 sales associates on the floor. This is witb my still standing in an empty store. Is this some kind of joke?! She clearly had no intention of making her presence known, so I had no choice but to leave. How does this store carry the name Saks Fifth Ave and have employees like this? Unbelievable anyone would waste peoples time like this.
