I'm a card holder who purchased a nice pair of shorts at the store. I liked them so much that I returned to purchase 5 more of the exact same shorts in the same size in different colors. I didn't keep the tags because they were all the same size. 

As I started wearing them I found out that although all 31 inch waists, two pairs didn't even fit enough to button them up? I didn't think much of it and brought them back, not for a return but just for a size that fit.

To make a very long and very activating story short the folks at the store didn't give a crap and were no help, the customer service was no help at all and I now own two expensive pairs of shorts that I can't wear.

I've spent over $2,000 in this store this year and will never be back, I've always considered this a top brand with top customer service. It certainly is not.

This store is GIGANTIC — it's the largest store in the mall and has a huge selection. Some good deals, but not outstanding. If you're not sure what you're looking for this is a good place to start shopping.
