Really mediocre. I don't see what I see on Saks Off 5th website. You can only get Saks Off 5th/Zegna and some Hugo Boss. Nothing wrong with that, but I wish it could be better.

First off this review is based on a business affair. I "was" a customer for a long time but now I will be boycotting all stores. The unprofessional ism of the management blew me away. Any dealings with "peggy bogacki" for business associates out there don't bother. It is unbelievable that she is in a position of power but not only that, she watches over  the asset losses. Well myself, my wife, and my sisters are boycotting all stores for life and we are young so there goes many years of business all because of one person but the damage was astronomical. You may as well put on brass knuckles and hit me in the groin. You won't get the chance now.

Extremely rude employees. I hope you close your doors for good. And the two persons who has mistreated my wife and son I just hope that you guys can find another sort of job so you don't have to deal with people... cleaning windows, maybe... just a suggestion. I'll be keep going back to Aurora Farms but I won't get my feet dirty stepping into your store. Thanks.

This is the outlet format of Saks Fifth Avenue (nearest main store is in Beachwood,OH). The store itself is rather small but you will find a lot of clothes and shoes to browse. I feel as if the store could be more organized as there is barely any room to browse between rounders. Some brands I encountered for men were Hugo Boss, Penguin, Puma, and Cole Haan. Nothing too crazy here as far as designer brands go. They do have a big selection of sunglasses to which I saw Gucci, Prada, Kate Spade, and tons of Armani. Price wise most pairs were $119 vs $300+ Just be careful as I see they do not dust their sunglasses (not sure why? it is very visible), and this is an observation from various visits. No one working on the floor said hello, which could be a plus if you don't like to be bombarded with "help" like at their full-line store. My cashier, Patrice was very friendly and easy to talk to. That was the plus of my visit.

Now me being a guy I don't go to these places but I have females around me and I heard so much about this and lots of my money went to Mac  or whatever you call this make up place highly recommend
