I am TIRED of this location insisting on putting extra sugary teriyaki sauce on everything. The restaurant default should not be to drown the food in sauce. I stood in the cashiers face, told her in English I do not want extra sauce, she says okay, and then the cook proceeds to put extra sauce on my food anyway. Then when I complain, she takes my food back and still gives me another plate with hella sauce on my food. And the vegetables were wilted and old. The fried rice was clumpy and flavorless. This has happened more than once. You all are terrible at following instructions. The cashiers are remedial at best. I’ll find somewhere else to go.
I have never seen a location outside the mall, so I figured, why not try this physical location? I tried the beef and chicken platter, and both were tasty. Compared to the mall locations, you get bigger portions here. The soda machine is available for customers so that you can get unlimited refills. For cheap eating, and comparing it to the mall, I recommend coming here. I'd go back.
Quick, tasty and a decent alternative to some fast food. It’s like a Japanese answer to Panda Express. It was near my hotel and there was seating outside which made it a plus in these times. I see a lot of negative reviews about the “older Japanese lady” and while I was there I saw her cheerfully greet what seemed like her regulars and remember their orders. I got a teriyaki bento box and was happy with my order.
The food here was horrible. I ended up throwing it all away. The lady that owns this place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WILL NEVER RETURN. THIS PLACE WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Good location, staff was very nice the food was good.
I ordered California rolls and shrimp tempura rolls to go and it was excellent.
I did a DoorDash pick up for me and when I got to the location the food was ready. The lady was very nice and very considerate when she figured out that I was the customer she asked me if I wanted a cold drink for the reason that they placed a warm can of soda in my bag for the reason that the food hot! I personally felt touched my her asking for the reason that I haven’t been asked in the past. The food was also very good.

Great service, Great employees, and best of all Great food always. Thursday's is my cooked meal away from home and it's delicious every time. My go to is #1 with Xtra chixs and 6 dumplings.
