A little gem in Forest Hills! Great for speciality items and even has prepared foods. More like a Japanese deli or corner store than a grocery. I'm a fan of the rice balls.

Despite its small interior the selection of produce here is astonishing. Not only you will most likely to find what you are looking for (assuming you are looking for Japanese ingredients) you get to pick between different brands. Their cooked food selection is also well stocked and is considered very high quality for its price. The staff are always friendly and  polite who also do a very good job of keeping the place clean while being so cramped.

I come here often. It's really great to have a Japanese store in the neighborhood where I can get practically everything I need to make Japanese food.

Always polite staff with good variety of Japanese groceries. Sometimes you can see freshly made food like korokke at counter and they're worth trying. I go for the Asian style soft toast mostly.

Bought a lot of asian seasoning and ingredients here. Enjoyed onigiri and unagi don here that freshly made everyday.
