These guys are amazing. They do great work and make you feel at home. Highly recomended.

I got my car repaired by this shop and when I went to change my oil the drain plug was torqued so tight, I needed a 24-inch breaker bar to get it loose. 

I'm not sure how tight you guys THINK oil drain plugs are supposed to be. But on a Ford Focus it should only be torqued to 18 lbs. Most cars should be between 15-50 lbs.... but this plug is ridiculously tight.

I am VERY displeased and wont take my car to a shop who makes such an amateur mistake like over-tightening an oil drain plug. This is 101 stuff guys...

This is a good place to take your car to. They are friendly and fair and often go beyond what many other shops would do. My wife has been taking her car there for years, and I can't think of any issues we've had that they didn't promptly address.

I've been taking my car here since my wife recommended it before we were even married. She had been taking her car here for years prior. 

This place is honest. I have brought my car to them suggesting that I might need a particular service, and they have told me "You don't need that. " What shop does that? Many places would just say OK, do the work whether you need it or not, and collect your money. This place has integrity. 

They have a really nice waiting room with leather couches and the TV, and the Decour in the shop is quite unique. Sal is an antiques collector, and you'll find quite a few hanging from the ceiling.

Around Thanksgiving, you'll always find two turkeys in a crate in the shop. They do this every year to celebrate the holiday season, and spare two turkeys' lives.

I will often drop my car the night before is going to be serviced, or pick it up after hours. I can do this because the towing shop is open 24/7 and is in the same building. That is extremely convenient.

I highly recommend this repair shop. However, make sure you call for an appointment as they are very very busy.

Going on SEVEN years now!! 
All my vehicles come here for regular oil change services and full service diagnosis and ALL repairs.I depend on Sal's to help keep even my tires roadworthy.
At the very first sign of the unusual, I call Leon.His voice is soothing,he takes the panic away and sends a tow truck if I need one.
"Towing" sees that I get home safe and Paul is on standby to  patiently listen and hear through my descriptions of "whats going on"It's the breadwinner work truck this time,........he fully understands.
Cheri looks up knowingly  from her paperwork when I arrive there;her broad warm smile  says, its OK, we have your back.
Reassured(every time)I grab free coffee or free popcorn and duck into the welcoming womb of the cozy waiting room to hide away from the world.The antique decor transforms me into a world of peace.
Then its time to match Cheri's smile with my own.I am always out of there faster than expected and my bills are amazingly manageable.Pricing here is unbeatable.The mechanics on the floor give you that warm "you know we are here for you" look.You see it on their faces.If it is at Thanksgiving time, even the live turkeys in the yearly Thanksgiving display gaggle as I go by. I have transferred my complete satisfaction and happiness to  even them.
Kudos to you Leon and your whole team.
