They took a long time to even come see my furnace/AC, then they said the needed 2-3-days for parts to arrive. 10-days later, I called to ask for an update and I was told they were "too busy with other customers." Finally, they installed the parts while I was at work. I returned home, and the furnace/AC was not working. They said I must have broken it again (while I was at work?!). I demanded they come fix it that night or the next day because the temperate  was in the 90's. They told me they had too many other customers, and lied that no one was working the next day. The finally agreed to come the next day and never showed up. They continued to lie until I finally looked at the furnace myself. It was wired completely incorrectly and there was a blown fuse. I got a fuse at the auto shop and read the furnace's manual - it took 5 minutes to fix the AC. Salego refused to return my money.

My experience was excellent.  These folks were very attentive and stayed on top of my repairs until complete.  My first interaction was through AHS, Salego did what it was authorized to do - their hands were tied due to the warranty company.  I contracted with them direct for another project and had great service and support.  I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again.

Long story short...Was purchasing a home, the furnace needed to be replaced so the seller had Salego install a new furnace the week we closed.  Less than a week later, the furnace stopped working...on a Sunday evening...in early January.  I put in a service request to Salego. They called me back and I requested that they come out to look at the furnace, since it was just installed by them less than a week ago. It was freezing outside and they had just installed it so I figured they would come out right away, no questions asked.  Salego refused to come out because "we needed to go through the home warranty company".  I asked to have the manager call me, which he never did even in the days to follow. After several calls to the same person and bluntly asking him to please come out to look at the furnace because at that point we were worried about damage to the house, they still refused to come out.  Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn't come fix a furnace that they installed less than a week prior.  Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company like the plague.

Devlin came out to troubleshoot my oil furnace.  Not only did he fix the issue, but he answered all my questions about what he was doing.  He educated me on my unit and was very knowledgeable.
