I purchased a 2017 Titan XD platinum reserve on 12/8/17 And it was the best and easiest new vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. My salesman Alec was fantastic and knowledgeable and Lou in finance was the same. He got me a fantastic rate with a local credit union I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I look forward to doing business with Salem Nissan for many years Thanks again Alec and Lou I have to add to my above review. I just picked up my truck from having some service done and again I am blown away at the fantastic customer service. I love how all the employees work as a team. I can't say enough good things about Lou Alec and Mike in service. My truck was returned to me so clean o didn't want to drive it home and get it dirty I would have to give them 10 stars. You guys are great Thanks again for the exceptional job

Leasing a car here was a great experience. The owner and sales staff were helpful and made the car buying experience easy. Going here for service or parts... Eh. Inconsistent and not a good experience.

Start to finish, this was a good car buying experience. We are thrilled with our new truck and with the deal we got. We called several times to inquire and each time were given excellent service. The showroom and shop are super clean and the staff is a team, you can tell. There were no hand-offs or bait and switch approaches. Thank you to Sean, Bob, Dan and Bret. Thumbs up!

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Juke from Salem Nissan with salesman Elie Kannan. From the moment I walked in the door I was very impressed with the friendliness of everyone working at this dealership. Elie was a pleasure to work with along with Dan (one of the owners) and Lou (the finance guy). They all worked with me to purchase the car at the price I wanted to pay. I am very pleased with the entire process of buying my car at Salem Nissan.
