Terrible service ! No smile or introduction on arrival. Very unprofessional & disshoveled appearance . Not interested in helping size a ring not purchased at their facility. Would not recommend.

They have a very nice selection and were extremely helpful in helping me to find the right item. But they were in no way pushy and allowed me to do as I wished giving me all the time I required. Very pleasant experience.

Amazing service and knowledge. Great local watch/clock, jewelry and silverware shop.

I've had all of my clocks serviced here over the years, everything from cleaning to replacing whole movements and replacing parts, and these folks are just great!  Friendly family-run business.  Highly recommended!
