Had to put my dog down because she was old and was not going to get better. Staff was wonderful and supportive helped  me understand the process by explaining what would happen.  They took pictures of me and dog before putting her under. Thank you for getting me through the process. Dr Stoltzenberg was great.

I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience. The secretary I had consulted with was very rude from the moment I booked the appointment. The vet and other staff were very friendly and informative but I had major concerns. I brought my kitten in and the vet attempted to check his temperature with a thermometer that had no protective cover or lubrication. Needless to say, my kitten wasnt having it. Finally, they had me drive all the way to my house to collect a sample, drive back, I waited 20 or so minutes just for them tell me their light bulb in their microscope burned out and they ran out!!! My kitty was prescribed medicine but when I tried asking questions to the aid, the secretary rushed me off for a guest that had just walked in the door. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I don't give second chances when I feel like my business isn't appreciated.

The normal business​ hour vets and vet techs are great. The after hours emergency vets and vet techs not so much. Came in for after hours and both the vet and vet tech were sleeping and wouldn't answer the door. Had to call the land line to get any results.
