I have been on a mission to get in better shape & have been riding my bike 10 miles/day, pretty much rain or shine, and on today's ride, my bicycle seat started moving from side to side. I tried to fix it myself & realized I needed a true bicycle tech to take a look. I called Salisbury Cycle & Nick answered the phone and politely advised me to bring my seat in to see what was wrong. When I arrived, I brought my husband's bike along for a tune up & my bicycle seat w/ the shaft attached. Rory asked all the appropriate questions while checking in my husband's bike. Then he asked if I could leave my seat also. I told him I live about 35 minutes away & that I really try to ride my bike every day. Rory said, "This could take some time, but let me see what I can do for you." He discovered my suspension seat post had failed. He checked & the shop had the correct replacement post. He had me on my way in about 15 minutes & even advised me on how to adjust my seat when I put it back on my bike (which I'd left at home.) I have dealt with another local bike shop & can honestly say, I will always bring my business to Salisbury Cycle because of the people who work there. I like their knowledgeable service,  along with the fact that they will go out of their way to accommodate a customer's needs. Wonderful staff!

Several of us were in town from Los Angeles for the 2016 Sea Gull Century. We shipped or bikes and they needed some fine tuning after reassembly. The hotel recommended this shop. The mechanic was happy to give us priority and the owner also got busy with the wrenches to help us out. Then they gave us a fantastic route for a chill ride in the country. It was beautiful! We saw them again at their booth at the Sea Gull market place Friday afternoon.

I did a walk-in today, my tech. helped get my bike in and out of my car, tuned things up that he found for no charge and fixed my problem efficently. Ill definitely be going back

great place!  the guys know their stuff and dont just try to push you into the most expensive bikes and parts .   they truly love bicycles
