Dr Nance is the best. He's very friendly and genuinely concerned about his patients. Dr Nance is the only dentist who has worked in my mouth and I felt no pain. The staff is great and the costs are reasonable.

Dr. Nance is the Greatest. Can't say enough positive things. I drive an hour to come here. I Totally trust this place.

I'm guessing not many people want to review or relive visits to a dentist but I Will. 
I had an abscess and the pain was great. I knew a root canal and cap would be about $2000. and most places I called were $500 just to pull it. my friend Leo, knew this place and called on my behalf.  got me in the next day. I was so happy. and it only cost about $180. the place was clean and welcoming. a dr.cook took care of me and im greatful.  since then I've referred my father and brother. and I recommend this place whole heartedly :)

I too have found Salisbury Dental and Dr Cook most accommodating and sensitive to the cost factor.  It is very clean and professional and friendly..do not hesitate to use this service...
