11/7/2017 I had a very good experience here as opposed to the one on west 29th. The ladies were very helpful! They helped me decide on some shampoo and conditioner to help my hair after I processed it. Gave me some info on what it does and why it’s good for my hair. They even held some dye for me that the Pueblo West location didn’t have enough of. Very nice of them to do.

the Regency Shopping Center in Pueblo, Colorado, the staff is unprofessional. The staff follows you around the store and keeps badgering the customers. Today I experienced and witnessed events. When I first walked in I was bombarded by a clerk. Throughout my time in the store I was constantly being followed through each aisle. They made me feel as if I was a criminal. I went there for a product that was requested by a family member. They did not know where the product was. When I stated that I was going into another aisle they assumed to follow me and were screaming at me. I had to go and find the product which was five feet from her head. That same cashier had the audacity to ask if I needed a step stool. I am not a small guy and the product was underneath my hand. While my dad bought some products at the register, the clerk made a unprofessional comment towards him. He decided that he did not want the comb, so she told her manager LILLIAN that customers like him were the reason why her sales and statistics were down. Quite honestly these type of statements lose customers. After these incidents happened to us, I witnessed an event which was very unprofessional and a violation of corporate policy. A woman approximately age 33 walked in the store wanting to look at the products in the store. We have all done this and would like to have time to browse. The clerk who made the comments went up to her to ask if she was going to buy anything. The woman replied that she was browsing. The clerk then stated that she would have to ask her to leave. The woman turned around and about half way through the store called her "a FB." The manager attacked the customer verbally and poorly tried to recant later on. The customer stated "you need to watch your mouth and stop treating customers like trash. Am I a piece of trash that walked off the street?" The manager then stated that she did not know what went on. Also the clerks in the store do not wear any form of a name tag for identification. I only the name of the manager LILLIAN since I called her Sally and she was quite spiteful when she revealed her name. Is it common place and condoned by corporate to allow clerks to follow customers around the store and treat them like common trash? The manager was also bashing you (the corporation). She stayed that if there were problems with the system and the phone line, she would not call tech support since you did not pay her phone bill. The clerk stated that she would prefer if I had cash. This is 2017, the majority of people in Pueblo County, use a debit card to purchase coffee at Starbucks. MAYBE YOU SHOULD NOT BE PAYING HER AT ALL. AFTER THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT CREATE THE PROBLEMS THEY ASK THE CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE. By the way the staff is Hispanic (Mexican); the customers are White. DISCRIMINATION GOES BOTH WAYS. WHAT IS WORSE THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO FIND THE PRODUCT YOU NEED. After I left the store I saw the rude clerk treat a black couple like gold. Now I must ask, is it condoned by corporate to treat only one race with respect? THESE WORKERS ARE OBVIOUSLY MAKING SO MUCH MONEY THEY ARE TURNING CUSTOMERS AWAY WITH RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. I am a graduate student majoring in criminology at Regis. I doubt that these staff members have even an associate's degree. Store employees need to be professional and treat customers with respect. I have worked for companies which would fire the employee on the spot for rudeness and unprofessional etiquette. If you the corporation allow this type of workplace violence then several of us will take our business to the new Ultra store on the north side of Pueblo.

I went to sallys to get the stuff needed to dye my hair red. Bleach, dye etc and i got this dye called "color brilliance" and it was the worst dye ever. Not only did it not dye my hair, there wasn't nearly enough and i would hope the associates would know that. I would have saved money by getting box dye from walmart which is what i had to do. The only thing that actually worked was bleaching my hair.

This was the worst experience I've ever had the store "manager" was entirely rude, had zero customer service. And when it came to resolving my return she made a HUGE deal about me waiting 4-6 business days for it to go back into my account OVER FOUR DOLLARS no other store including a Sally's store has ever been this rude or not been able to refund a measly $4.19 when my total purchase was over $100 I have been a loyal customer here but NEVER will I ever shop at a Sally's store again! HIRE BETTER PEOPLE ESPECIALLY RECONSIDER WHO YOU HIRE AS MANAGMENT.
