I took my mother there to pick up a few items, the young girl that was working the counter was so rude and lazy!!! My mother asked her for help finding the rite number for her hair colour, she said I can't help you pick out the colour??? I will NEVER EVER bring my mother back the saddle brook  store again.. THAT GIRL IS BAD FOR BUSSINESS!!! And the holidays are here.

Worse place ever ..never have the product you need it always sold out people who work there are rude and don't even help you at all said they do inventory every Wednesday but when you wait for two week still don't have the product you wanted to buy ..

I enjoy hoing into this store. The ladies that work during the day are always so helpful, the never rush. I haven't been in this store in the evening so I can't comment on the work ethics at that time of day. Another Sally store told me the hair color I use has been discontinued, I went to Sally in Saddle Brook ,NJ, low & behold it is not discontinued. I will continue to shop Sally Beauty Supply in Saddlebrook, NJ!
