I really like Sally's and have been going to them for many years. The service in every store I've ever been to is wonderful. The sales people are helpful without being pushy and are all very knowledgeable about what they sell. If you need help, they'll walk you through it all. If you know what you're doing, they'll leave you to it. Their prices are better than most places I've been and their quality is much higher than anything you can buy in a box at the grocery store. I also like that you can buy in singles for personal use and bulk for professional use. No buying a box of 150 gloves just to color your hair once. 😁 They have more than just hair products though. They have everything you could want for your nails; they sell makeup and skin products; they even sell jewelry. When you're ready to check out, ask them if you have everything you need to do whatever it is you're doing and they'll make sure you're fully equipped to get the job done right because, realizing half way through coloring your hair that you really did need that second box of color really sucks! Like I said, I really like this place.

Store was well staffed and the staff was very knowledgeable. I needed a few items, and one was out of stock. A staff member offered to call a different store for me. A second staff member overhead the call and remembered that the item I needed had just been put on clearance. I was really pleased - this meant I could get all I needed in one trip and not have to go to a different store. All in all, I had a very positive experience.
