I also chose this place because of being rated "Best of Bluffton."  I was disappointed from the moment I walked in when the receptionist slowly walked up texting and not even looking at me to say hello. Apparently I interrupted  their lunch. The hair stylist seemed nice but hardly spoke to me except to find out what I wanted to have done.   I was shocked by the uneven haircut I received   I ended up having to cut some myself because I didn't want to have to pay someone else to fix it. I will be searching once again.

Made my appointment here based on the rave reviews on several sites.  Tragically, my stylist burned my hair - over-processed and then heated blow dry.  Forced to have a radical cut in another salon to remove the affected area.  So disappointed.
