Have you ever thought about cutting your own hair? Me neither, until I got my hair cut from Anna Marie. Not only did she point out everything I apparently was doing wrong with my hair and the many problems I apparently have with it, I told her how I wanted my hair cut and she ended up giving me a haircut which wasn't even what I wanted or asked for. I will never go back here again or get my hair cut by someone else. FYI - In case you want to start cutting your own hair, you can easily find quality scissors on Amazon and a multitude of hair cut demos on Youtube. Getting my haircut here was the biggest waste of money.

Thank you Mallory! She fixed an awful haircut from another salon. I have really coarse curly hair that's tough to style and she was awesome! She also has a great personality and is very approachable and caring.

I decided to take a risk and go from shoulder length hair to a girl's fauxhawk. As you can imagine I was very nervous as I'd never had short hair. Suzi did an amazing job! My cut and color came out perfect and she gave me everything I wanted!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE MANAGEMENT. Cancelled appointment 3 hours before appointment due to stylist needing to leave early. I was sympathetic and asked to have someone else do the same service instead, which sadly and surprisingly wasn't common sense to the front desk staff. They said they would "ask around" and call back....Of course non one ever called me back. I had to call THEM back to receive a lazy and apathetic "sorry, we can't help you" response. I have been going to this salon for a while so I was shocked to see how little they cared about their client's loyalty and business in addition to just simply doing their jobs in the first place. Their customer service is actually non-existent, and competency is extremely low. This salon will NOT go above and beyond for you. They expect you to settle for their incompetency WITH A SMILE. It seems that the manager of this salon is far more focused on furthering small-town petty drama that middle-aged suburban women seem to enjoy, more than managing an efficient business focused on customer service. I would strongly advise going to a different salon.
