Love the staff. They're all very kind and talkative, and make you feel at home. The atmosphere is gentle and relaxed, not too professional but not too personal, either. My regular stylist, Autumn Caudill, does absolutely beautiful work and I am always amazed with how my hair turns out. She and the other ladies are very understanding, and will listen to your opinions. Autumn always asks for my opinion. They will also make conversation with you and give you wonderful advice on how to treat your hair. If they have time, they'll do extra things, too, like curl or straighten your hair. I totally recommend this salon. It's wonderful and clean, and the staff and service are out of this world. Totally worth every cent, and you won't leave disappointed.

Idk about getting your hair done but I ABSOLUTEY do NOT recommend getting a your nails done! 2 of my friends and i all got pedis from 3 diff women and all of our nails turned out awful! For mine personally the pedi wasn't too bad.. the water was cold.. but the paint job was awful! Got gel and it looked like an 8 yr old did them and 2 days later the gel already started popping off! Also it was $45 for the worst pedi I've ever been given.. super disappointed.. the lady was very nice though and friendly just wouldn't ever let her touch my feet again

Lindsay Madden has been doing my hair for years at the Salon & Day Spa. I trust her completely for my color so much that many times I've told her to do what she wants. I've never been disappointed with the results!! I love the Salon & everyone is always friendly & very helpful. If you're looking for a great stylist Lindsay Madden is THE BEST!!!!!!

I love this salon!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else in Morehead. Staff is very friendly & helpful. The owner, Lisa has been doing my hair for over 20 years. Now my kiddos come too!! Jen & Lindsey are both amazing!! If you are afraid to trust your locks to a stranger, rest assured, you will be in very capable hands in this salon.
