I had an appoiment with Nicholas Ashmore sunday at 11:00 am and he didn't show up and the salon was closed. Just made me drive for nothing and waste my morning. Didn't even answer his phone to give an explanation. Super unprofessional!

DO NOT RECOMMEND NICHOLAS ASHMORE FOR KERATIN TREATMENT! Got a "full" keratin treatment from Nicholas. I Had the treatment elsewhere before I moved to St.  Pete. The treatment Nicholas gave me only took an hour and fifteen minutes for keratin treatment, hair cut and style. My previous treatment was 3 hours long. Nicholas quickly and haphazardly applied keratin, rather than slowly and repeatedly on small sections, as it should be done. My hair is not smooth and frizz-free, and, in fact, seems damaged. I was happy with Nicholas for cut and color, but either he doesn't know the correct way to do keratin treatments, or he didn't want to take the time necessary to do it correctly. This may have been the case, since he was 30 minutes late getting to me and had another customer waiting. The worst part is that I sent him 3 emails requesting information about the treatment and he never responded. But, like he told me when I was in his chair; His business is good, because there are always new people moving into St. Pete. Not responding to client concerns- not very professional!

Joe Diaz is absolutely amazing. I have never really done anything with my hair besides get bangs every few years and have always had terrible cuts done at other places (once had a lady pull my side bangs over and cut them straight while my hair was in a ponytail...ended up with bangs shorter than my eyebrows lol). Joe was able to fix everything and changed my hair color for the first time in my life. Got a balayage and absolutely love it. Price was wayyyy better than I was expecting for a salon.  Will never go anywhere else.

Thank you so much Nicholas Ashmore! Absolutely LOVE my highlights (gorgeous colors), haircut and style! You are truly professional and your work exceptional. Highly recommended him a very talented stylist!
