Booked an appointment online with MaKenna and received confirmation by text and email. When I arrived she was no where to be found. I called and got no answer so I left a message. I didn't receive a call back so I texted. She finally called back and said she was doing hair at a wedding. Now she is admitting a scheduling error on her part but refusing to do anything to make it right. Totally unprofessional.

Absolute professionals in business to make clients happy.  I go here to get hair and my skin taken care of, and everyone I've met has mastered what they do.  I feel like a celebrity when I go.  Especially Candice at Skin pHix.
