Salon Refresh'd is the best hair and nail salon in the downriver community. Phyllis works magic with hair, from color to cut you'll never be disappointed. The owner Angie is great with mani and pedi's. Look no further if you want to run away from home for a few hours of pampering. All hair stylists and staff are friendly and professional.

Very good service and quality work. Will definitely be back for Shellac. Larysa provided great selection options for polish colors.
