Owners Pam and Carlos Garcia opened the doors to Salon San Carlos in 2009 to bring to life their philosophy of making other people happy. Salon San Carlos is dedicated to the mission of being "Day Makers". Similar to the "Pay it Forward" movement, they strive to make every client's day. They believe that when you help others look and feel great about themselves, they will instinctively pass it on to others.
