Opened by Reed Neal, our talented stylists include Roxy Cropp, Renee Brittian, Connie Thompson, Jessica Van Arsdale, Andrea Maciaszek Charlotte Dickens, Heather Pace and Mickee Hicks. My girlfriend was recommended this place. We had a wedding to attend later that day and she was looking for a nice place to get her hair cut before we left for the wedding. She called, scheduled an appointment, and drove 45 minutes out to get her haircut. She arrived early and was greeted by the friendly receptionist who went and told the hair stylist (Andrea) that my girlfriend was there and waiting. My girlfriend proceeds to wait 45 minutes despite the reservation she made, and despite the receptionist reminding this lady several times that she had someone waiting, only for the hair stylist to walk into the lobby, ignore my girlfriend entirely, and get her friend instead, the entire time she was outright mocking the fact that someone had been waiting for her for 45 minutes, and her friend had been waiting less than 5 minutes. My girlfriend and the receptionist both were shocked and my girlfriend walked out of the salon. We are now late to our friend's wedding because my girlfriend had to drive 45 minutes back home after waiting all that time to fix her hair herself. I am not judging this place, or any of the people that work there except this one stylist. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely apologetic over the situation, but we will not be returning because of Andrea's actions.
