After driving for 45 minutes to arrive at the slotted time and after paying for my service and waiting as they called my girl into the office and then after my manicure started they called my girl back into the office. She came out and said she was being sent home and they told me I had to leave. No one offered me a replacement person. They tried to say she was being sent home but at the same time told me that they were not in charge and there were no apologies. This was so unprofessional-- the client should never be involved. The truth of this story is that as she knew I was arriving she did her set up and they wanted her to do her bookwork instead. She PAYS for this schooling and tries to get as many on hand hours as she can. Do not go there.

They wanted to send me out with a hair style just like Georgette Franklin ala the Mary Tyler Moore show with ... drumroll ... the supervisor saying it looked good ... ACK!! I had to use water to get my hair "down" and presentable to leave the salon. Why don't the students at this school ever exhibit the skills of Paul Mitchell or the now defunct Marinello - NEVER EVER have I had a problem like this at a beauty school before. Trying to find the contact info for the Dean or Owner but can't find IT ANYWHERE!?!?! No wonder they make you pay first!!

Slow as molasses. Nice girls and staff but took all day for a cut and color. Good prices but plan for a three hour visit.

This place is crap everything about this place is just bad news. 
You have to pay 10,000 after you graduate is bs. Just go to college and get a real education. I should have listened to the bad ratings so now I have to pay. Worst decision of my life. I singed up to this dumb academy for Mortuary (to do deceased makeup) just to learn the hair and makeup until I realized the LAW changed and you don't need your cosmetology license. So basically I wasted a year of my life at this horrible place. So salon success was falls advertising of course ( I brought this up to them and they did not seem to care) but it's cool just learn from your mistakes and move on. Don't go to this school YOU WILL REGRET IT! All they want is $$$$$
