A disgraceful & unprofessional way to run a company!! We read about this,no show, occurring with others, but found it hard to believe. Well, take it from 2 very frustrated customers.They never showedup!
We booked a reservation for 2 for Dec 21,2017
Arrangements were made to be picked up from the Sheraton, downtown. We waited over 50 minutes and nobody came. We tried calling many times while we waited. All calls went straight to a box is full voicemail message. There was NO way to reach the company!!
They had our cell # and e-mail address & never bothered to call or tell us that weren’t coming.

Booked mountain tram tour. Recieved confirmation. Now waited 40 mins after pick up time and no show. Looked at other sites who said mountain tram isnt available? Total waste of time and no communication from them. 1 star is the lowest will let me give. Should be a avoid button. Lots of other people had same experience.
Update. Hotel consierge tells me they dont operate in winter and head down to New Mexico. But their website asked me which date (Dec 13th chosen) and how many adults etc and sent me a confirmation. Very poor. Wasted a day of my holiday now

I have joined their tour and full paid on few months ago, but their never contact me and confirm me the pick up location. When I called them, their message box is full and never show up! I have wasted my vocation at all!

Day spoilt and time wasted - they never showed up. I tried to book two trips - both at short notice, to be fair - and the system told me the time slot was available and I got a reservation confirmation e-mailed each time. First time, no show. Second time, I rang AND e-mailed but no one picked up and no show. I asked the hotel concierge and apparently they've been AWOL for the last week, so I'm not the only one affected. So if you choose them (I wouldn't), make sure you speak to a real person to confirm that your booking was actually received. I had taken an extra day off and checked out early for the trip, so thanks SLC Guided Tours for a wasted day.
