The front desk staff were super nice, patient, and really helpful. Same with the restaurant staff, I was really indecisive about what to do for dinner and the waitress was really great about it. The cleaning staff did a great job as well. It's right by the mall and the convention center, so it's a fabulous location.

I stayed with a tour group. Don't recommend if not business travel. Stayed two times. Always found hair on clean towels and in the bath tub. Should do better cleaning up the room. The staff there is OK but just OK. The location is good though.

Stayed here for our anniversary.  Room was very clean and nice. Within walking distance to the gateway and the jazz arena. We paid 10.00 extra for the breakfast when we booked online. Well worth it.

Probably due for a little bit of updating, but the room was very comfortable, we had a decent view of the city, parking was easy, and it is very, very conveniently located. Rooms were clean.  Highly recommend.

Some mechanical/plumbing issues during our 4 day conference. Little communication, so that was eh... Nice facilities and rooms are good. Mostly good temperatures inside the building. Great location, easy to walk to places and see things. Best improvement is if Marriott changed from Pepsi to Coke. :)
