The food was good. I recommend their mashed potatoes and their mushroom and garlic butter with steak. My waitress was attentive and kind.Food: 4/5

I had to deduct points because they brought my steak my ribeye out and it was like rare not even medium rare. I ordered medium straight up and down, but that thing was rare. It was almost bleeding, but they corrected it so it’s all good my sauté mushrooms didn’t look the best and I’m big on The way something looks our waiter was very polite and really respectful young man the soup tortillas way too soggy way too quick. Let’s talk about the pros. Steak was great the Oscars salmon taste good I don’t know about the smell ha ha the bread well the butter pretty much perfect yeah we’re outta here.

First time here, and already pissed me off. The food was subpar, steak salad was just a bunch of hard ass veggies and cold steak. Only thing good here are the margaritas, will not be back.  Oh and customer service was terrible, the chick behind the bar never asked if I wanted refills, just kept asking if everything was good every 5 seconds. Then I noticed one of the servers went behind the bar and ate a cherry right in front of me, like seriously?  This place is a clown circus and whoever the manager is running it needs to be fired immediately. I saw a million OSHA violations it was so disgusting, I lost my damn appetite.  Then the bartender asked if I had a Landrys card, and asked if I came here often, and I’m like naw this shit is gross

My family and I love this location! The food is top tier! It’s always a pleasure to have Brittany as our waitress!! She is super sweet, very knowledgeable and informative about the new menu options!! Today, we had Brittany and Zack! As always we leave full, happy, and satisfied! Thank you guys so much for the awesome hospitality and service!

Our group was a party of 36. Manager and servers Starlight and Vanessa were outstanding! Food was delicious and our party was pleased all around! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Delightful surprise after a long drive! Picked this place to end the day and it was perfect. Great food and such an amazing server. Elaine was so patient. Helped us pick a good wine, get the steak perfectly cooked for my salad,  and made sure the chef and kitchen got a few special requests. Our salads were fresh and the chicken and steak were expertly seasoned.  The server and other staff were very attentive. I gave atmosphere only 4 as it was a little tired. The food and service was so much better than what the decor and atmosphere would lead you to believe.

We had the pleasure of having Christopher be our server this evening, and he was wonderful. He was fun, energetic and efficient. He even made a point to address my daughter by her name when he heard us say it. He genuinely cares about his customers experiences and he did a wonderful job. When we come back we will be asking for him.Food: 5/5

Service was great. Well they got my steak cooked wrong but was still delicious. And the Ceasar salad was disappointing. Usually it's really good just not this time around. Took my mom here for her birthday, we all enjoyed our meal.Food: 4/5

Exceptional service all the way around! We had a celebration for our son's college graduation and I can't say enough to express my appreciation, gratitude, and complete satisfaction with the service and environment!! Everyone from the management, staff, and serve were absolutely the best. Everyone of our family and friends expressed the top notch service and food quality as they left the celebration. Thank you Saltgrass for making our celebration the best! We have been a family of happy Saltgrass Steakhouse customers for over 25 years and will continue to be. Thanks!!!  Vegetarian options: We had a vegetarian in our group and they were very pleased with the options available to them.

I’m an amateur home chef. Best steak I’ve had eating out in a long time, I do not say this often. Staff was unbelievably professional, hats off to the manager for running such a tight operation. Blown away by the experience, great job guys.Food: 5/5
