Great customer service!! I was inquiring about the piano classes and Justin was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all the classes they offer. He showed me the classrooms and introduced me to one of the instructors and gave me all the information I needed. I returned the following day and Justin was as friendly as the day before. It took a while to complete the class registration and Justin made us feel so comfortable, he made us feel as if we were among friends. The entire time was enjoyable - Thank you for your great service!!

Sam Ash is the only place in Vegas I'll take my guitars or buy my gear. Somehow they've maintained a "mom & pop" vibe with customer service. In fact, they have signs up with Sam's personal email. I'm big on customer service and professionalism so I loved that. Zach in guitar repair is fantastic and cares so much about each guitar. Recently I HAD to go to Guitar Center with a friend, and our experience there was dreadful. Just another case of proof that I'll never leave Sam Ash.

Came in looking for a new pair of headphones to have while playing guitar. The type I was looking at was out of stock in store, so I was treated quickly & helped out by the manager Nathan then he went to his computer found the headphones in their system and had them delivered to my house for free. Such great service I highly recommend this music shop to anyone.

First time here, I'd definitely come back for future purchases. Joey Gonzalez helped me out and took care of me buying an acoustic guitar. Him and about every staff member would ask if I had any questions or if I needed help with anything.

The Guitar department knows his stuff! I needed specific gear, he was more than able to give me the right information making sure I got what I needed for my recording sessions.
