Always a great club to shop in. Today, I needed a few items that were pretty heavy...50# or more. I have a bad back, so I needed help loading my cart, and then my car...and each time an employee helped me...all I had to do was ask. Very nice people work there.

Has all the. House hold items the others do.. very good  selection of dog treats  better than others  reasonable  prices Great chix salad chef choice. Have to try it !!!

I regularly shop at Sam's in manchester. sometimes I take a ride to this Sam's. it's a much bigger store with a lot more to choose from. Manchester is ten min. from my house. I will visit you some time.

I've been a member for 20+ years and go at least once or twice a week. I know many of the employees on a hello how are you doing, basis. I've  noticed that since they have promoted this one very condescending, rude young girl, moral has been going downhill. Many of the wonderful, long time staff members have been fired! These are extremely professional, friendly and helpful people I'm talking about. There seem to be more and more of this new asst. managers flunkies/buddies taking their places who have the same condescending, rude attitude as she does. This is running the entire atmosphere there. Everyone seems on edge. Not the way to promote team work. I'm seriously considering getting a Costco membership if this continues.
