I've been a Costco member 10 years & got a free Sam's Club membership. I was surprised with the about of selection that it had & the cleanliness of the store. Everything was good until we got to the food court!!! These people were in NO HURRY to do ANYTHING & they were busy playing around & caused a HUGE LINE of 12 people waiting!!! Not only that,  but the people they already served were waiting for their orders too!!! This was the reason I chose Costco in the first place!!!

The guys from the tire department are awesome. Super helpful, finding the best option for me. I had a flat tire and they knew how clueless I was, but they solved my problem quickly. The one in front, I remember his gold teeth and the one with the sun glasses and beard( I really wish I had their names). You guys rock! # employees of the month;)

I was very disappointed at my recent shopping experience at this Sam's Club.  It was very unorganized.  The same product was located in 3 or 4 different places in the  store, meaning the vanilla protein drinks  were on a different aisle as chocolate protein drinks and caramel was on a completely different aisle on the end 4 or 5 aisles over.  All of the protein drinks that I looked at  were the same brand name.   The people working there were rude and didn't seem to mind at all if they walked away while ringing up your order.  The whole chaotic  experience was  very confusing.   The convenience factor of shopping nearby in bulk to save money was overshadowed by the complete disregard of customer satisfaction.

The tire and lube a mess.. After keeping me waiting for so long..they never balanced my tires.. Car worst than how i brought it.. Took to the other Sam's in Mansfield and that's where they discovered the grand Prarie Sam's club did not do any type of balancing on my car.. Guys working there look like they've been forced to be at work.. Very very bad experience..

We had great experience we encounter a small problem with the card but our cashier Destiny was very helpful and friendly thank you . there should be more employees like her
