Don't understand why some items aren't stocked or just not available. Then a month later, they're back! I was simply looking for the Sam's brand of frozen mixed veggies. A regular item we get, but this time. But this time there are none on the shelf nor a tag. Same was true for Breyer's vanilla ice cream. It has always been there but this time, only chocolate.

Great place to shop, but wish they would give better info about the hours. The early bird hours on Sunday have always started at 9, we've been at the store at 9 frequently. Now all of a sudden it's at 10 and they didn't post anything around the store about the hours changing? Clearly post any future hour changes please, so that people aren't inconvenienced.

It would be nice if the things that I want to buy were actually sold at the club. 75% of the things I look for or need from my local club are only available online. I don't want to wait for items to ship and to have to pay shipping. I think I will look for a Costco. Sam's has gotten too difficult to shop at. No customer service. Only self check outs when they are busy and most of the items needed can't be found in store.

I really love shopping at Sam's Club. We always buy a huge cart load of basic supplies and that will last us a good 6 months, but we are just a household of 3. This store would DEFINITELY benefit larger families and children! They have great prices! Also, you could literally eat a meal of just free samples XD 
Keep in mind that they do not have bags, you bring your own or use boxes! I forgot last time I was there!
