Don't order a cake ahead of time if you want it at the requested time. You're better off picking one off the shelf.  They'll customize cakes from the shelves for other walk-in customers while you wait, and lie to you about whether or not your cake is being prepared.  They even stopped preparing my cake, an hour after the requested pickup time, to customize a walk in order.  The main lady in the dept lied to my face about my order. I waited over an hour in the store when I could have left and ran other errands, but they kept lying and saying it was almost done. Then when I got home with it, we found it wasn't even properly secured in the box and had crushed into the side.

I shop here for business and they're rarely dependable as far as having what I'm looking for.  They're so busy checking receipts if you go through self checkout and then again at the door,  I mean how many times can customers be accused of stealing and still be willing to spend money with places like Sam's.  None of the methods they use are customer oriented and that's why the customer service along with almost every other aspect of shopping here sucks.  I would never shop here if I had a choice,  I would much rather give my money to a business that wants to earn it.

It’s disappointing to go and expect to see or pay the same thing again but find that they no longer have the items. 
Thinking of leaving and going to another big box store.

Yesterday 11/8/17 I had an employee by the name of Tanya call me in regards to a recent application I had submitted. Tanya was calling from the Sam's Club location in Cincinnati Ohio on North Bend Road. During our brief conversation Tanya was very short and snippy about the job description or any details pertaining to the job which was for an Overnight position; I was never told the actual title or role for the overnight position. My complaint is surrounding the lack of professionalism, friendliness and overall vagueness that this woman displayed. I had no clue as to what the hours were for this position, i had no clue what the pay would be for this position; or no clue if it were part-time or full-time. The only thing I could get from Tanya was the position was overnight. I couldn't imagine what it would be like to work with a person like Tanya, so needless to say I did not schedule an interview for the mysterious Overnight position she was calling about. I can only hope I don't have the misfortune of dealing with anymore people like Tanya during the course of my job search.
