This place is kind of infuriating. But I'll try to start with the positive - it's clean and well laid out. Any employees I have interacted with are friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Everything is a good value, I mean it's Sam's Club, that's why you're a member and it's the reason this is not a one start review.
Now this is where the need for low rating comes in - the clientele here makes me dread going. As I push my child through the parking lot I dodge cars that appear to be trying out for a demolition derby. Inside the fun continues as everyone wanders around aimlessly and gets off on attempting to block the wide aisles with their carts and 15 kids. In an attempt to get you to be in the store longer management has decided to have 3 lanes open for checkout and then have a fun line to exit run buy the recently deceased. This location has tendency to flood so don't go here for disaster prep. One saving grace to egress is the self checkout; most of the people don't understand it, so buying 10 items or less gets you to the front of the line so you can zap your merch and run!

This place is a over priced dump! you think if you have to pay to belong here then their would be some better stuff in here as well as better customers not the low life's that go their. this place sucks also the bathrooms are a horror show! for God's sake clean them and tell the gay guys to stop having sex in the stall's

The staff did an excellent job resolving my critical issue. Five people were involved in resolving my issue but each one was polite, professional, diligent and empathetic to my situation. Great job to all the staff at Sam's club on Brookpark Rd in Ohio.

Love Sam's club. Everything is so easy to find and if u cant find something, its doesn't hurt walking around..
