I have been a long time member and have noticed significant changes at this Sam's club. Much poorer service. No welcoming tone there. No hello how are you how can i help you. The food court is not clean. They never have food ready. The service in food court is SLOW! Went to buy the frozen yogurt with berries 3X and they were out of berries. Very rude at service desk. They make you feel like you are bothering them. I am a business member but i will be taking my business elsewhere! I am definitely not going to pay for poor service!
