While i am currently pleased with the items I've purchased over the years i am still pending a response to my question. The leasing staff is not very knowledgeable and seemed very short with me when asking why my account was closed after paying off my balance Keep in mind i paid it off early September and a little under two weeks later they closed my account for inactivity. I took a big hit on my credit score and while i agree that is not something they control they are responsible for closing accounts, everyone i spoke to was clueless and could not provide a straight answer. They all agreed accounts close after a month but mine closed only after two weeks. Last person i spoke to assured me he would call me and e-mail me personally with an update once he reviewed my account with the upstairs management. This was two months ago, not one attempt to reach me as of yet. Do not recommend shopping here if you need a boost in your credit score not worth the trouble.

Great customer service. The merchandise looks good. I would have given them five stars of it wasn't a rent to own place. The prices will be almost double when you finish paying for it.

Not bad pricing if you look around a bit. Nice sectionals and kids beds. Good dining tables also.small appliance sectiin but has what you need.

My mom purchased a couch from them. Paid for it and everything. She had 30 days to pick it up. She was trying to sell her old couch then pickup the new one. When she got there to pickup the couch (within the 30 days) they had re-sold it to someone else! Sam's Furniture STOLE her couch and sold it!!! She Owned IT!!! It was paid for!!! NO I'm sorry, NO apologies, NO trying to make it right. My family is done with this franchise.

Good service buying, but when I got the bed frame I purchased it smelled way too strong, and tried to return it, I spoke with 4 different people that were upset I was returning the product. I would have returned to the store for future purchases, but I don't want to go through the hassle if I'm not completely satisfied with the product.
