Charles was so nice warm smile helped me out and got the line down quickly with each customer he showed ture professionalism I recommend him he is the true definition of customer service I meant me a new friend that day,  keep the great work up Charles!!!!!!

I visited this location this morning 12-22-2009 at 8:30 am, went into pay for my gas $5.00 was greeted with a not so welcome attitude as to why am I even at this location, had to go back in 3 times to get the attendant to cut the gas pump on. Each time treated with confrontational attitudes. Finally got my gas, after this being one of many times being treated this was I had enough of this type of ignorance, just because I am white does not make my money any less than anyone else's. Pre-Screening of employees and how they treat everyone should be considered before they hire an employee at this location. The current employees there if they can't treat everyone with respect then they don't need to be there, this is a bad representation of Shell, this is the main symbol that shows at this location. 
I will keep pushing for equal treatment of everyone that uses this gas station, I refuse to let someone make me feel less because they may have a need to discriminate.
