I was very excited to try Sam’s after I saw photos of the food they put out. As you can see from my plate the eggs were extremely over cooked, the potatoes were cold and not cooked full, however, the hash was really flavorful. I was a little sticker shocked when the bill came and our table of 3 people was $65 before tip. I’d consider giving the another try but not for a while.

The tables were very festive for Easter. You could tell it was a family business. They made us feel like family and made us feel welcome. I had an Omelette that was delicious! We both had the multi-grain bread and my wife had a large portion of scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. I would definitely come back! Pleasant surprise and a great find!

Great staff - super friendly and welcoming. Took care and time to answer questions about the menu and options. Food breakfast was excellent. Flavorful pancakes and French Toast, made to order as requested. Solid, diner style coffee with plenty of top ups. Definitely coming back!Food: 5/5

I wasn’t happy. They forgot multiple of our food items. The toast wasn’t even toasted. The wrap I ordered was mediocre at best. They brought the wrong type of eggs when we ordered sunny side up. They forgot my hash browns. Overall a bad experience, the server was nice but it’s not enough to bring this place back. Do not recommend

Very clean, cozy place.  Food is good but have to change my choice of breakfast soon as I   have Hawaiian crepes every time and am sure there are other delicious breakfasts  Parking: Placed in a small shopping strip

Very good breakfast food with very cozy atmosphere. Hearty portions as well. Worth the cost which is only a little higher than your average diner.Food: 5/5

Everything was fresh and amazing. I had the scrambled eggs cheese with sausage and homefries, all in which was tasty and cooked to perfection. I also had the Granny Smith apple pancakes. OMG this place is a must return. And they offer outdoor seating.

This was probably THEE largest and best omlette I've ever had in a long time. The service was great. Looking to visit again next month.

Bacon was burnt beyond belief home fries were cold but the service was friendly and welcoming still wouldnt recomend going hereFood: 1/5
