We were broke down about 70 miles south of Burn's when Todd from Sam's Service came to our rescue. Used the big flat bed to load us and got us rolling. We asked about repair shops and he listed the typical "Ford garage, this dealer, etc" and my wife (who is a heavy truck repair service writer) asked "Who would you take your rig to, since she knows the tow truck drivers know who is good and who to avoid. He recommended Yekels Auto of Burns and did they ever treat us right! Praise God Burns is full of good folks like Todd & Staurt

I had a horrible experience with this company, will never use them again, I locked the keys in my truck so I called them because I was told they were the only company in town, to make a long story short, they put three dents in my newly painted truck trying to get the door open, then wouldn't take responsibility for it, and didnt even get the door open, the owner was not any more helpful, and was extremely rude. We're going to file a civil suite against them for the damages. I hope every body reads this before useing them, if I had known, I would have waiting for a lock smith from La grande.

These guys SUCK!!! They over charge!!!! They send out incompetent people to due the job and charge the crap out of you for it. We were on a bike ride and had a flat tire. 28 miles to the nearest town. We called Sam's service and they said they would be right out. We got gas at the little town we were in. Had something to drink, used the restroom. dinked around and slowly went back out to the broken down bike. We waited there another 45 minutes until I headed back looking for the wrecker. I met the pickup truck 3 miles away with a trailer and turned around to lead the driver to the bike. The driver did not have proper tie downs for a motorcycle. And did not have the knowledge as to tie the bike down. We had to do all the work. After some debate as to where he would tow the bike. It was decided to tow it 48 miles to another town where we would come back and get it. There was a $69 hook up fee plus $5 a mile. It should have cost $240 in mileage plus $69 hook up for $309 but the charge was $339! They were going to charge over $900 to tow it home!! Save your self some money and DO NOT call these guys!!!
