The girl was friendly and on time and being a male I was happy with the waxing. My only complaint is the double dipping in the wax. When I left it appeared the wax stick was still there waiting on the next person.

unprofessional they never answer phone when you call , and they never respond to emails when you try to make an appointment

Terrible customer service! I made an appointment for waxing and arrived at the scheduled time. The person supposed to do the waxing was not there. When the receptionist called her, she started screaming at me that I was wrong. After calmly explaining what happened, she proceeded to use the "F" word and swore at me. I spoke to the owner, who apologized and said she would call me back to provide me a free waxing and facial to make up for it, but I never received a call. Don't waste your time with this place.
