Trash company! All they do is collect and don’t do anything for the community.
I called 3 different numbers trying to get a simple question answered. It was a total waste of time. The only help received was a voice message saying the hold time would be a long time. This is the worst customer service for any HOA that I know of for 71. 00 a month it is worthless.
If you want to get what you pay for, DON’T USE SAMLARC. I have had nothing but dead groundcover and weeds growing on the upward slope behind my house for years. Over a year ago we started dealing with SAMLARC, and try to get this situation fixed. We figured a little ground cover couldn’t cost too much. They sent the landscape crew three times now to chop down the weeds, throwing debris, rocks, branches and clippings into our backyard and up against the fence. Every time, the weeds grow back, and usually a foot taller since they keep watering them. Recently, they cleared all the dead brush and put in a few sparsely’s separated plants. Now it’s all weeds again! A GIANT WASTE OF MY MONTHLY FEES!
Terrible customer service and landscaping. I constantly have issues and when I try to contact samlarc no one responds and no one calls back
After days of planning a 30 min firework show went for 2 mins to be ended, like I was there 1 day in advance and was there for 4 hours. Come on Samlarc, we're all disappointed
Really difficult to find the place. They need to put up more signs People are great. Karen was nice to deal with.
Scam, half of my neighbors have fake grass and they tell me I can't.
