Friendly staff,  wide selection of tobacco products (cigarettes and blunts).  The price is low or match other small convent stores. Small selection of dairy products.

The people who own this store are very nice. The prices are a bit off the wall, but I go because its close, and I don't mind paying a little extra for great service instead of horrible service for cheap.
